Cast iron "Cardio" day.



Kettlebell AXE keeps me sane and entertained on my non-lifting days.



18 minute EMOM



Kettlebell swings x 5 reps per set = 90 reps in 18 minutes.



My wife joined me for the last 15 minutes. I wasn't going to let her get more work done than me. Hashtag chivalry.



Power, aerobic, sun, camaraderie, and a little sweat. Solid Sunday.
