It was a hot session in the garage today.


Warmups: cable crunches-20 reps; kettlebell swings-15,20,15 (50 daily reps completed)


Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-10/10, 8/8, 8/8

Ex 2: single leg RDL-3x10/10

Ex 3: calf raise-20,20,15


Total time = 35 minutes 


I was feeling a little run down, so I kept a couple extra reps in reserve. But I had a splendid leg session, regardless.
