A2: 2 hand swings-2x10


B1: gorilla rows-2x12/12

B2: 2 hand swings-2x10


C1: incline DB curls-8,6

C2: 2 hand swings-2x10


D1: seated kettlebell shrugs-2x12

D2: 2 hand swings-2x10


Total time = 35 minutes


T'was a long day of work. 10+ hours with clients, but I had to hit this session tonight.
