If you want to achieve supreme health in 2025, do this:
- lift with intensity 3-4 times per week
- walk 10,000+ steps everyday
- limit processed foods (chips, fast food, etc) to no more than once per month
- eat real food
- read a physical book for at least 30 minutes every day
- have a higher purpose
- give back to your community
- practice gratitude
- have meaningful friendships
2025 will be a good year.
