Quick leg session between clients.
A1: Bulgarian split squat -10/10, 8/8
A2: 1 hand swings-15/15, 12/12
B1: single arm front squat-10/10, 10/10
C1: seated leg curls-15,12
C2: single leg calf raise-12/12, 10/10
Total Time = 33 minutes
These exercises always hit the lower body just right for me. As a bonus, exercises like [heavy] Bulgarian split squats, 1 hand kettlebell swings, and single arm front squats all also hot the abs and upper back nicely, albeit, indirectly.
