Eat This When Craving Sweets

Craving sweets?


Eat a few (or a couple few) eggs with ketchup or honey.


Grab a piece of fruit.


Eat some cottage cheese with mandarin oranges or have a couple Greek yogurts.


Every now and then, slam those baked goods. But, usually, choose these healthier options that cure cravings, get you closer to your goals, and that actually make you FEEL good.
