EXERCISE IS THE BEST THERAPY!Another New Study finds that Exercise Cures Mental Health Issues, PTSD, And Addictive Habits.

"Summary: Researchers have found that increased neuron formation and the subsequent rewiring of neural circuits in the hippocampus through exercise or genetic manipulation helps mice forget traumatic or drug-associated memories. The findings could offer a new approach to treating mental health conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder or drug addiction."

Layman's terms: exercise is THE BEST form of therapy. We have multiple studies proving this and, more importantly, millions of people around the world have turned to exercise to heal trauma, addictions, and improve their lives 10 fold.

Stop looking for hacks and short cuts.

The answer to all your problems is exercise.

That sounds like a joke, but it really is the best medicine.

Whether you exercise or not is your own choice. But understand this: not exercising regularly means that you are intentionally choosing to live life suboptimally.

Choosing exercise means that you are choosing to live life to the fullest.

Exercise (especially sustainable, intelligently designed exercise) improves our lives in EVERY capacity. You don't have to be a super star exercisor to benefit. You simply need to show up and sweat a bit.

Build some muscle, shed some body fat, increase strength and stamina. What's not to love about that?

Follow my tips and guides to learn how to maximize the benefits of exercise with just a few (or more) 30 minute sessions per week. Personally, I do some form of exercise every single day. I often lift weights for around 30 minutes 4-6 days per week. But I'm also obsessed with this lifestyle and am trying to, one day, get obnoxiously YOLKED. One day...

But you could reap the rewards with just 3, 30 minute resistance training sessions per week, plus a 20-30 minute daily walk.
