Active rest day from body building today and you know what that means...
Kettlebell swing EMOMs!
Today I did 10 minutes of 8 reps every minute on the minute with the 40kg/88lb "bull dog."
Between sets of swings I did some active shoulder mobility external & internal rotational work with the Persian Meel club.
I followed this up with 23 minutes in the sauna, a cool shower, and a walk.
Grab a kettlebell and, if you have some sort of club, grab that, and follow along for this quick, high intensity interval workout.
Then, if you care to take further direction from me – go for a 45 minute walk.
