Late Friday night session after a long day.
Exercises with the same letter are done as supersets. (I did 2 sets of 3 supersets and then the finisher EMOM)
A1: single arm military press-5/5, 6/6
A2: pullups-8,6
B1: top down alternating floor press-15/15, 12/12
B2: single arm rows-8/8, 6/6
C1: incline dumbbell curls-8,8
C2: cable pushdowns-16,15
Finisher EMOM: 10 minutes. Hand to hand kettlebell swings – 10x10
