Warmup: 45 minute neighborhood walk


A1: 2KB front squats-5/5, 6/6

A2: B stance RDL-2x12/12


B1: Bulgarian split squats-2x6/6

B2: hamstring curls-15,12


C1: offset calf raise-15/15, 12/12

C2: weighted frog crunch-20,15


10 min EMOM: 2 hand swings x 10x5 (10 sets x 5 reps)


Total Time = 45 minutes 


Followed up with 15 minutes in the sauna and a very large dinner.
