Warm up: single leg glute bridges x 5/5, frog situp x 25, offset kettlebell calf raise x 15/15
Ex 1: pullups-2x5-10
Ex 2: Bulgarian split squats-2x6-12
Ex 3: single arm rows-2x6-12
Ex 4: alternating dead stop clean & front squats-2x6-12
Ex 5: incline dumbbell curls-2x8-15
Total workout time should be around 30-45 minutes.
