A2: single arm rows-10/10, 10/10, 10/10, 10/10 (40/40 total reps)
A3: Bulgarian split squats-5/5, 5/5, 5/5, 5/5 (20/20 total reps)
(21 minute strength circuit)
Block 2
Ex 4: overhead cable extension-14,8,6
Ex 5: concentration curls-12/12, 8/8, 6/6
Ex 6: calf raise-15,10
Ex 7: leg raises-2x10
Total time = 35 minutes
I had a typical busy Monday.
Wake up: 4:15am.
Small group training session from 5:30am-6:30am.
Clients back to back from 8am-11am.
Assisted a former client with some technical difficulties (gym access) and lunch from 11am-11:45am.
Clients from 12pm-2:30pm.
Send out client program updates from 2:35-2:45pm.
Lifted from 2:45pm-3:20pm.
Clients from 3:30pm-5:30pm.
Don't skip Monday training sessions!
