Warm up: 11 hour day training clients + offset kettlebell calf raise-1x16/16
A1: pullups-8,8
A2: single arm kettlebell clean & press-8/8, 8/8
B1: Bulgarian split squats-6/6, 6/6
B2: hand-to-hand kettlebell swings-14/14, 10/10
C1: incline dumbbell bench press-10,8
C2: single arm cable pushdowns-20/20, 12/12
Total Time = 35 minutes
After this backyard session I headed over to the baseball fields to see one of my clients and his team win a thriller in extra innings. It was a great Friday.
