Pilot week
Workout 1
Reverse lunges x 5/5
Pushups x 10
Pullups x 5
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
Workout 2
15 minutes, every minute on the minute
Even minutes: 6 kettlebell swings
Odd minutes: 10 crunches
Workout 3
Pullups or rows x 5 reps (if pullups) or 10 reps (if rows)
Military press x 5 reps
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
Workout 4
Goblet squat or front squat x 6
staggered stance (B stance) RDL x 8/8
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
Workout 5
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes
Even minutes: Bicep curls x 6-8 reps
Odd minutes: tricep extensions or skull crushers x 6-8 reps
Workout 6
Suitcase carry x 50 paces then switch arms and repeat
As many rounds as possible for 15 minutes
Workout 7
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes
Even minutes: Bodyweight air squats x 10
Odd minutes: pushups x 10
