Mindless Muscle 2.0 (Ebook Update)

Hey there!

I just wanted to reach out and inform you that I've added 2 new program variations to the Mindless Muscle ebook. Check out the new, updated product here: https://garagegymbro.gumroad.com/l/irnsx

Don't worry, it's 100% free.

If you didn't download the original version, here's what's included:

This is a FREE 15 page manual, containing a couple simple programs to help you finally become consistent with your training.

The sessions require just 15 minutes of your time. You can, of course, go longer than 15 minutes, if you wish. But I designed this plan to be effective in as little as 15 minutes, 2 or more days per week.

No gym is needed.

Minimal equipment is needed.

The program is appropriate for all fitness levels (total newb to advanced meathead).

Most people have tried to make fitness a part of their lives, but struggle to keep it a part of their lives due to the amount of resistance that stands between them and their fitness goals.

In this manual, I offer the solution to all of that. I make training as simple as possible and use a classic "strength circuit" format that you can autoregulate day to day based on time available, equipment availability, energy levels, and preferences.

I simplify your training plan and training environment to eliminate resistance and get positive results in minimal time.

No – you won't win the Mr. Olympia contest doing this plan. But you CAN achieve your body composition and general health goals with this plan.

This plan was originally designed to be a kick start 90 day plan for beginners, but people enjoyed it so much that some decided to make it their long term plan.

I love the simplicity and flexibility of the plan, and will often run the program for 15-30 minutes, myself, on a near daily basis for several weeks at a time. The programs included offer a very fun, sensible way to train that is much different than the cookie cutter, long workouts that require all kinds of gadgets and gyms that circulate the social media scene.

This is why I call it "mindless." It's simple. It's straightforward. There's almost no thinking involved at all after your first time doing a session.

I cover all the details in the 15 pages, and, again, it's completely free of charge (unless you want to pay something, of course).

Update

I've recently included 2 new program variations to the ebook. They are added at the very end under the bold letters proclaiming, "BONUS SECTION." These new programs are 30-45 minute sessions and call for training 3-4 days per week.

Thanks!
