This is my favorite kettlebell exercise to isolate the triceps (tongue in cheek).
Some find it to be cruel and unusual kettlebell punishment. But, I find it punishes my triceps satisfactorily. An eye for an eye, so to speak.
In all seriousness, whether you use resistance bands, a gym cable system, or an impromptu pulley + kettlebell combination – overhead tricep extensions are MONEY. Do them in some way, shape, or fashion.
