Training on the Road in Remote Locations

I'm on the road for the next 5 days in a remote area. I had to fly so I couldn't bring any kettlebells. That's okay.

It's always a fun challenge to get decent workouts in while traveling.

But, I've got my body and therefore, I can find something – even very simple – to get a quick pump each day.

Maybe I'll even get to a gym one of these mornings.

Sadly, I probably won't get to do any kettlebell swings for the rest of the week.

I'll keep you posted on what I do.

Be sure to be get your training done this week, no matter how simple it may look. Do some movement each day, and focus on building muscle or strength at least 3 days per week.
