Christmas EMOM
Today I did a very similar workout to what I did Monday (12/23).
20 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute)
Even minutes: 10 pushups
Odd minutes: 5/5 reverse lunges each leg
This resulted in 100 pushups and 100 lunges (50 each leg) in 20 minutes.
Simple and energizing. Easy way to get a bunch of volume in a short amount of time with no equipment.
